Comprehensive Home & Functional Assessment
We evaluate participant mobility, home environment, transfer safety, equipment needs, and personal NDIS goals.
Collaborative Service Agreement Setup
We work closely with Support Coordinators, Plan Managers, and families to initiate service agreements within 24–48 hours with transparent fund allocation.
Hands-On In-Home Rehabilitation
Delivering gait training, muscle strengthening, passive stretches, balance exercises, and hydrotherapy where appropriate.
NDIS Plan Review & Outcome Reporting
Detailed clinical progress reports with measurable outcome metrics to support funding renewals at annual NDIS plan reviews.
Funding, Rebates & Health Insurance
PhysioAid Caregroup is an accredited provider across all major Australian healthcare funding programs. Eligible patients can access Medicare Enhanced Primary Care (EPC) bulk billing with a valid GP referral, NDIS in-home and clinic-based therapy for self-managed and plan-managed participants, WorkCover Victoria rehabilitation for approved workplace claims, TAC coverage for road transport injuries, and on-the-spot private health insurance claiming through HICAPS.
